Brassell’s Sprouts Market: Thanksgiving Turkey Pre-Order
THANKSGIVING PLANNING
It’s hard to believe, but Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and we want to help you with your “Thanksgiving To Do List”.
Brassell’s Sprouts grower, Circle H Homestead, is taking pre-orders for smoked turkey.
These turkeys will be brined, injected, seasoned and smoked to perfection and brought to you freshly cooked and refrigerated for you to reheat for your Holiday meal.
All for just $6 per pound, or roughly $72 for a 12 pound turkey.
There will be two pick up date options:
Nov 11 and Nov 21.
You will be able to pick up your turkey at the market pick up from 6-6:30 at the Tiger Mart in Whitney and 7:15-8 at the Courthouse square in Hillsboro.
To place your order, please fill out the form below:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mN9-nxLcSj4nKgYRkTd6IYt1_WAjOy4LXave551R8wA/edit
Because this is a pre-order, filling out this Google doc will be the only way to order a Thanksgiving Turkey. There will not be an option for it directly on the market. Please email with any questions!
Thank you so much for shopping local and supporting small businesses!

Old99Farm Market: Old99 Farm, week of Oct 1 2023
Thank you all who helped move the hay bales into the barn. It went smoothly and fast, and then we sat down to a most convivial discussion of food and healthy nutrition.
Our annual cider day will happen this year on Sat Oct 14 from 3 to 5. It’s kid friendly. Pls RSVP if you intend to come.
The subscription plan “Let Me Be Your Farmer” is up and running. Pay in advance for 3 months purchases of veg, fruit, eggs, meats and anything you buy from Old99, and get 10% discount plus special surprises. Still order a la carte. The farm benefits from a more secure customer commitment and has cashflow to buy inputs like seed and nutrient. You get the choicest items for your basket, a la carte. Typically I’d expect $1500 to $2000 per quarter.
